A friendly reminder for any VIC member planning to attend the 56th WACA Annual General Assembly (AGA). Please ensure that your registration form is completed and signed by the club's President, Lalit Lal, before submission. This is a requirement to confirm your participation in the event.

Dear Members,
As previously advised, the 56th AGA will be held from 1–5 October 2025 at the Radisson Blu Resort, St. Julian's, on the island Malta. The package will include group transfers airport/hotel/airport, two excursions: a city tour of Valletta and environs and a full day tour to the sister island of Gozo as well as our traditional Welcome Cocktail, Regional Night, Assembly Session and Gala Night. A comprehensive brochure is being produced and will be circulated as soon as possible.
The package cost has been established at USD 1,150.00 per person based on double occupancy with an early bird discount cost of USD 1,100.00 if paid in full by 31 March. A registration form is attached to this e-mail for your convenience.
Pre-AGA and post-AGA tour packages are being researched and will be communicated to you in due course.
